Perspective  It's crazy how social media has the ability change our perspective of ourselves. When I took this photo back in 2016 I thought I can't post this. I look gross. I have back fat. My torso looks manly. My butt looks small. People will think I'm ugly. This isn't even a photo of my full body or face and I was already able to find so many negative things to say to myself. But after changing my mindset completely over the past year to loving myself with all my 'flaws' and not only loving myself when I look good, I realised there's nothing wrong with this photo and I shouldn't care about what other people think of my body because it's MY body. Now I instantly look at how soft my hair looks, how muscular my arm looks, how beautiful the view is. A change of perspective can completely change your self esteem. Make your positive thoughts a reality. Compliment yourself out loud!!! Take selfies and photos. If you have bad ones, laugh at them, laugh at how cute you are rather than thinking negative things. Love all aspects of you because that's all you deserve.
